Appoint an AI lead

If you plan on using AI in your school, you should appoint someone with responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of AI. This could be your digital lead, as AI should be part of your digital strategy.

Your AI lead doesn't necessarily need to have in-depth technical knowledge, but part of their role should be learning more about AI so they can pass information on to other members of staff.
