What is a digital strategy?

A digital strategy is an action plan for how you can use technology to work more effectively in your school.

Although your digital strategy should primarily focus on improving learning outcomes for your pupils, it can also have wider benefits, such as improving staff wellbeing or saving you money in the long term.

There are many different ways technology can help you achieve this goal. For example:

  • Increasing pupil engagement in lessons
  • Supporting effective assessment and feedback
  • Providing greater accessibility for pupils with SEND
  • Reducing workload for teachers
  • Improving communication (with staff, pupils, and/or parents)

There is a
