Latest STPCD published for 2023

The new version of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) is valid from 1 September 2023.

It confirms at least a 6.5% increase to all pay and allowance ranges and advisory points. The minimum salary on the main pay range sees a greater increase, which means a minimum starting salary of £30,000 for qualified teachers. These uplifts apply retrospectively from 1 September 2023

TLR payments and SEN allowances have also increased.

There are no further changes to working conditions or schools' requirements.
