This is available through the Get Information About Pupils (GIAP) service that you can access with your DfE sign-in account.

Per pupil funding rates 

Your school is allocated the pupil premium for eligible pupils aged 4 and over, in year groups from reception to year 11.

Allocations are based on the:

  • October 2024 school census, for mainstream and special schools
  • January 2025 school census, for pupil referral units (PRUs) and alternative provision (AP) academies
