You need to complete the DfE's digital reporting form by 31 July 2025

The form is now live. Before starting it, make sure you have:

  • A DfE sign-in account. If you haven't used DfE sign-in before you'll need to create a DfE sign-in account
  • Read the PE and sport premium guidance and conditions of grant
  • Consulted the guidance on submitting the form
  • Details of how much PE and sport premium funding your school received, and how it has been spent, including:
    • Figures on the overall spend
    • What the funding has been spent on
    • Whether there is any unspent funding
    • Swimming and water safety attainment

You must also publish a report on your school's website by 31 July 2025
