You must have all these policies and documents

This list sets out the statutory policies and procedures all schools with an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) must hold, as specified in the statutory framework for the EYFS. These are in addition to the statutory policies you need to hold for all age ranges.

You’re not required to have separate policies to cover EYFS requirements, provided you already meet the requirements through an existing policy (see paragraph 3.3 of the EYFS framework).

Safeguarding policy and procedures (to be reviewed at least annually), in line with the arrangements agreed and published by our 3 local safeguarding partners, and which must: Explain the action to be taken when there are safeguarding concerns about a child and in the event of an allegation being made against a member of staff Cover the use of mobile phones and cameras in the setting Procedure for responding to children
