In the news: Nicky Morgan launches National Teaching Service (3/11/2015)
Education secretary Nicky Morgan has announced the launch of a new National Teaching Service that will deploy 1,500 "elite" teachers to schools in under-performing areas. These teachers will be fast-tracked into leadership positions in return for a two-year stint in the schools.
