Incident reporting: record keeping
You must keep records for at least 3 years of any reportable death, specified injury, disease or dangerous occurrence that requires reporting, and all occupational injuries where a worker is away from work or incapacitated for more than 3 consecutive days (though the latter do not have to be reported to the HSE).
