This article summarises the Standards and Testing Agency (STA)’s assessment and reporting arrangements for Key Stage (KS) 2 tests in 2022.  

KS2 SATs are back for 2021/22

KS2 SATs are scheduled for Monday 9 to Thursday 12 May 2022

However, performance tables won’t be published at the end of the year, and there’ll be no science sampling this year.  

The DfE will share results securely with primary schools, academy trusts, local authorities (LAs) and Ofsted for school improvement purposes. See more about this here
