Key Stage (KS) 2 SATs are scheduled for 12 to 15 May 2025

These will consist of:

  • English grammar, punctuation and spelling
    • Paper 1 – questions
    • Paper 2 – spelling
  • English reading
  • Mathematics arithmetic and reasoning
    • Paper 1 – arithmetic
    • Paper 2 – reasoning 1
    • Paper 3 – reasoning 2

Teacher assessment will be used for English writing and science.

There will be no science sampling.

KS2 assessment data will be published

School-level data from the end of KS2 National Curriculum assessments for 2024/25 will be published in performance tables.
