Gather initial feedback from all stakeholders
This includes school-level leaders and teachers, trust leaders and trustees, as well as students and parents. They won't all be involved in writing the strategy itself, but it's important you consider their needs and views while writing your strategy.
Start by asking broad questions
Ask for their opinions on the 5 questions below. You don't have to stick to these questions rigidly, they're intended to stimulate discussion and generate ideas:
