Make the policy easily accessible and update it when necessary
You should publish the policy on your website, and send it to parents/carers when their child joins the school.
Remind parents/carers about your policy:
- At the beginning of each school year
- Whenever it's updated
Review and update the policy 'as necessary', and seek the views of pupils and parents/carers when you do so.
