Can we exclude a pupil who has a statement of SEN/EHC plan? The DfE says schools should avoid excluding pupils with SEN "as far as possible". We look at the EHRC's guidance on disability discrimination, and at arranging managed moves for pupils with EHC plans who are at risk of exclusion.
