The questionnaire should be completed during lesson time, so the class teacher can read the questions out loud, and help any pupils who need support.
Younger pupils may need an adult to scribe for them. Pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and/or English as an additional language (EAL) may also need additional support.

If this analysis is more in-depth than needed, use a simple tally system to pinpoint areas of strength and areas for improvement, or use the questionnaire more informally as a basis for discussion about your provision.
