What do we mean by 'inclusion'?
Ofsted doesn't refer to 'inclusion' much within its inspection handbook, but where it does, it's in relation to how your school creates a culture which supports all pupils, particularly those who may be disadvantaged or have additional needs or barriers to learning.
As part of this, Ofsted will also check that your school isn't 'off-rolling' pupils.
