Attend the final feedback meeting 

Make sure the CEO, or someone from the central leadership team, attends the final feedback meeting with the inspector and school headteacher. This is because your report card may not include every piece of feedback, especially smaller details.

Let any staff attending know that the meeting is voluntary and that attendees can leave at any time (they can also leave for a short time and then return).
