Examples from schools
Primary schools
Aloeric Primary School in Wiltshire, publishes action plans for all subjects, including:
- Maths
- Reading
- Phonics
For each objective the plan sets out actions and resources needed, as well as success criteria and space for evaluating the impact on learning.
Whitchurch Primary, in Harrow, has also published action plans for maths and English.
For each key outcome it sets out associated actions, budget and success criteria.
