Our template will help you get feedback from staff on:

  • Your school's overall standard of behaviour
  • Your procedures for managing behaviour
  • Your school's most common behavioural issues
  • How well-equipped staff feel to handle pupil behaviour

It's based on advice from our associate education expert, Jonathan Block and questions from Ofsted's survey, that it sends to staff before an inspection. When looking for examples from schools, we found that most schools use Ofsted's questions to survey their staff.
