Use Ofsted’s inspection questionnaire to gather feedback from staff
During Ofsted inspections, staff can give their views via an online survey. Ofsted has published the text of the survey questions, and you can download it here. There are 23 question in the latest version.
The survey asks staff how much they agree or disagree with statements such as:
- I am proud to be a member of staff at this school
- Pupils are safe at this school
- Staff consistently manage the behaviour of pupils well
