It includes questions that are appropriate for different levels of experience. You can adapt it to add any further questions that may be appropriate for your teachers' needs. 

Once it's ready, share it with your staff and use their responses to inform CPD sessions. If you identify any gaps in subject knowledge, for example among early careers teachers (ECTs), arrange observations with more experienced teachers to share good practice.
