Work out where to focus your CPD

You don't need to solve every problem or use every CPD tool you can find at once. Instead, find out what the needs of your staff are, and where you can best focus your time and resources to boost sustainability in your school.

Conduct a whole-school audit to consider your entire approach to sustainability and help you identify possible focus areas for CPD.

Use our teaching audit to find out how confident your staff are and use the results to help plan your CPD.

We're also working on a sustainability curriculum audit to help you identify your needs – we'll add a link when it's ready.

Once you've decided on where to focus, take a look at the resources below to get you started. You could also consider partnerships, mentoring and training with other schools in your area.
