Hiring a school counsellor? We've created a downloadable interview record sheet, with questions and suggestions of what to look for in answers.

This article was written to support interviewers with writing questions, and is not intended to help interviewees prepare for an interview.

KeyDoc: interview record sheet

We worked with our associate education expert Trevor Bailey to create a list of interview questions for a school counsellor.

This KeyDoc record sheet also includes:

  • Points to look for in a candidate's answers
  • A column for recording the responses given
  • A column for your notes, for example scoring evidence
