KeyDoc: interview record sheet
We worked with our associate education expert Trevor Bailey to create a list of interview questions for a school counsellor.
You should adapt the questions to suit your school's context.
This KeyDoc record sheet also includes:
- Points to look for in a candidate's answers
- A column for recording the responses given
- A column for your notes, for example scoring evidence
