Are there any interview questions for a teaching school leadership post? A headteacher of a primary teaching school and one of The Key's associate education experts suggest questions for recruiting for such a role.

We asked the headteacher of Lightwoods Primary School, a teaching school in Sandwell, to provide a list of recruitment interview questions for a leadership post at a teaching school.
