Pupils can't be dual registered outside of England
If a pupil temporarily moves outside of England and receives education outside of the country, they can't be dual registered. This means you can't use absence code D (dual registered at another school), or any of the grounds for deleting them from your school's roll that are related to dual registration.
If you know they're planning to return, you also can't delete them from your roll using ground G (the pupil no longer normally lives a reasonable distance from the school).
