Examples
SLA for school services
The London Borough of Merton publishes its service level agreement for schools on its website. It includes the services it offers to schools and the standards schools can expect, as well as the charge for each service.
SLA for school libraries
Hampshire County Council has SLAs for primary and secondary schools, as well as special schools.
Governor approval of SLAs
Governing boards don't have to sign off on every SLA. However, you should refer to their scheme of financial delegation.
