Use our audit annually. If you identify multiple issues, consider doing the relevant sections more frequently (such as twice a term) until you're satisfied with your data processing arrangements.

Once completed, use the audit as:

  • Part of a report to governors
  • A source of evidence should a serious data breach occur, and you want to prove your school keeps on top of its data protection arrangements
