Inspectors will talk to different staff members about attendance and behaviour
We’ve broken our questions down into questions for senior leaders and all staff.
Certain questions may be more relevant for specific staff based on their role - so share them with anyone relevant based on your staff structure. For example:
- SENCOs and inclusion leads:
- Questions about attendance and behaviour strategies for your inclusion groups
- Class teachers
- Questions about dealing with behaviour incidents
- Questions about their understanding of your attendance and behaviour policies
- Office staff
- Questions about following up on absences
Inspectors won't ask every question
