All staff should be prepared to answer questions about inclusion
Inspectors will meet with your SENCO and/or inclusion lead. Share these questions with them to help them feel prepared for inspection.
However, everyone in your team should be prepared to talk about inclusion.
Inclusion is a theme that runs through every evaluation area under the 2025 framework, so make sure your team feels confident talking about:
- How all pupils access relevant elements of school life
- How your school makes sure its practice is inclusive
