30-minute briefing for teachers and TAs: how to keep personal data safe in your role
Use this presentation to give your teaching staff a strong understanding of how data protection applies to their role, and how they can stay compliant. The briefing is adaptable, so you can adjust it to suit your school's context.
Before delivering this briefing, we recommend you deliver GDPR - the basics: staff briefing to all staff, so they have a basic understanding of data protection law.
Please note that certain members of staff, e.g. headteachers and data protection officers, are likely to need a more detailed understanding of GDPR.
