There's requirements to provide salary statements
You're not required to provide annual pay statements to support staff employed under the National Agreement on Pay and Conditions of Service, commonly known as the Green Book, or any guidance from the DfE.
However, conditions can differ locally. Check your school/trust pay policy, and any requirements from your local authority or federation.
There is a legal requirement to provide an individual written pay statement, or payslip, to all employees on or before the time they are paid.
This includes part time and zero-contract workers. Agencies should provide payslips for any of their staff working at your school.
This is explained on Acas' website.
Example from a school
The Blue Coat School, an academy in Liverpool, has a pay policy that includes annual salary statements. You'll find the statement for support staff on page 16.
