Check if you're required to provide support staff with salary statements
You're not required to provide annual pay statements to support staff employed under the National Agreement on Pay and Conditions of Service, commonly known as the Green Book.
However, conditions can differ locally, so check your school's conditions to make sure.
There is a legal requirement to provide an individual written pay statement, or payslip, to all employees on or before the time they are paid. This is explained on Acas' website.
Example from a school
The Blue Coat School, an academy in Liverpool, has a staff pay policy that includes annual salary statements. You'll find the statement for support staff on page 15.
Access the policy from this webpage.
