The new version of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) is valid from 1 September 2025.
It confirms the 2025 teacher pay award, as set out in the School Teachers' Review Body report.
Pay award: 4% increase to all pay and allowance ranges and advisory points
The new annual pay ranges from 1 September 2025 are:
