The DfE hasn't published performance data for 2020/21 due to the cancellation of statutory assessments because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Why are these changes happening?

To minimise the impact of gaps in data (i.e. from not using qualification results in 2020 and 2020/21 in school performance measures in future years).
