Treat this like any other skills audit
If you’ve carried out a skills audit with staff before, you can apply your usual methods to this audit. This includes the evidence you’d gather (e.g. lesson observations, feedback from pupils and other staff).
Line managers should gather their own evidence and give ratings for each area,
