Pay ranges for 2023/24
There is a 6.5% increase for most pay and allowance ranges and advisory points. There is a higher increase for the minimum salary on the main pay range, to achieve a minimum starting salary of £30,000.
All pay uplifts will be back dated to 1 September 2023.
There are currently no statutory pay points within pay ranges, but you can use the advisory points for the main and upper pay ranges in Annex 3 of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) (page 63) to help you review your pay policy.
