Review the purpose of your whole-staff meetings
Consider how you can make the most of the face-to-face time your have with your staff.
Use the section on communications in the DfE's workload reduction toolkit (linked below) to work with your staff to review the purpose of your meetings and other internal communications.
For example, a school that's mentioned in the toolkit swapped a staff briefing for a weekly written memo to communicate minor updates. Doing this could free up your weekly or termly whole-staff meetings to focus on training or CPD.
