Include targets, not action points, in your SIP

  Target Action point What is it? Has a quantifiable measure of success and timescale Focuses on a desired impact Outlines what you'll do to bring about the desired impact Example: 'Raise the proportion of pupils achieving the highest grades at GCSE in D&T to 27%, by the end of the 2025 academic year by raising teachers’ expectations' 'Raise teacher expectations
