How to use these resources
You don’t have to read everything, or cover every area straight away. Try to cover a few different topics, or focus on the topics that will be most valuable for your school right now.
For example, if you’re not confident with what pronouns to use for a trans person, start with a book about gender identity. If it's a priority for your school to focus on staff equity and inclusion, take a look at a resource about staffing or becoming a more inclusive school, and share it with everyone.
