DfE good practice example

The DfE's good practice guidance on building strong academy trusts includes an example of a trust that identified efficiency savings through central services. 

First Federation uses 3% of its total budget to pay for ‘central functions’ - this means the executive principal, a business manager and a central administrator. All major contracts for services are negotiated as one trust
