Now that you've decided to make changes as a result of step 4, you have to find out what your staff needs are of the service you're centralising.
To do this, assemble a project management team who'll help define how your school staff use the service. Being clear on the requirements of your staff will help you make sure the service is effective and works for those who'll be using it.
This project management team will be integral to the changes you're going to make as part of centralising the service. This process can be challenging if you don't have a dedicated team to lead the changes and act as a bridge between your schools and the central team.
