Use our model procedures for allegations against staff to help you update your policy in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023 (KCSIE). 

Appendix 3 of the policy outlines everything you need to do and consider when responding to an allegation against a member of staff, including supply staff, volunteers and contractors, and is based on part 4 of KCSIE.
