Reception baseline assessment

What should you do to prepare?

By Friday 14 June 2024, complete the RBA confirmation form that you received via email.

Your details will have been removed from your Baseline ePortal (BeP) at the end of the 2023/24 academic year, and new log-in details will be sent by the start of the autumn term.

You should use the same materials that you stored securely from last year's assessment. You will not automatically receive new materials, unless it's your school's first ever RBA.

You should not use the RBA framework to guide teaching and learning. Use the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and non-statutory Development Matters curriculum instead.
