Routinely collect evidence of SEN assessment and support

Take some of the stress out of writing education, health and care (EHC) assessment applications by having a robust record keeping system in place.

Having all the information to hand will make your life easier when the time comes for you to write an EHC assessment application.

  • Pupil needs
  • Use of the graduated approach
