Performance data for 2023/24

Primary schools: no primary performance data

No primary performance data will be published for 2023/24 or 2024/25.

Primary tests were cancelled in 2019/20 and 2020/21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so there isn't relevant data to calculate primary progress measures for 2023/24 and 2024/25.

This is explained on page 7 of the DfE's guidance for primary schools

Secondary schools: KS4 data published as normal

Performance measures will be published in autumn 2024.

The following additional measures will become headline measures and will be reported on the main school page of performance tables:

  • Entries into triple science (the percentage of pupils entered for biology, chemistry and physics)
  • Entries into languages (the percentage of pupils entered for an EBacc language)

This is explained on page 10 of the DfE's guidance for secondary schools.
