Anna Freud Centre
The Anna Freud Centre has a free resource designed to help schools carry out staff wellbeing surveys. The staff survey:
- Is evidence based
- Uses validated questions
- Includes guidance about how to run surveys
Wiltshire Healthy Schools
A short wellbeing survey is provided by Wiltshire Healthy Schools. This has been developed with several teaching unions.
The survey has 19 statements for staff to rate on a 5-point scale (from 'Disagree' to 'Agree').
There's also space for staff to leave anonymous written feedback.
