Sending out a questionnaire can be one way to gather data for your staff mental health and wellbeing action plan.

Decide on your aims

Do this before planning out your questionnaire, so you have a clearer sense of what you want to find out. For example, your aim might be: ‘I want to understand what we’re doing well, and what we can improve on, so that our school can better support staff wellbeing’.

It's a good idea to carry out questionnaires at least annually. Regular check-ins will give you a better sense of any changes over time.
