Downloadable KeyDoc template

We worked with one of our associate education experts, Jacqueline Baker, an education consultant, to create a downloadable KeyDoc interview record sheet for school staff.

The form has space to record questions, responses and an evidence score, as well as space to score candidates against competencies for the role.

Jacqueline emphasised that schools should tailor the competencies to each role.

Examples from a local authority

The Central South Consortium Joint Education Service (CSCJES), which provides school improvement services in 5 local authorities in Wales, has an interview record sheet for headteacher and deputy headteacher positions. You may find this a useful reference for other positions as well.
