Activities for all pupils?
There's no minimum number of eligible pupils needed as part of the activity for it to be a valid spending of the grant. However, you shouldn’t direct the funding towards a different subset of pupils, such as those with special educational needs or low-attainers.
You also don't need to:
- Spend an equal amount on each eligible child
- Spend a child's allocation on that child alone
Employing teachers and support staff?
Groups taught by these staff members don't have to include a minimum number of eligible pupils.
