Understand your requirements on reporting

You must publish information about how you spend your allocation for the 2023/24 academic year on your website by 31 July 2024 at the latest. 

This includes:

  • The amount of premium received
  • A full breakdown of how it has been spent, including justifying any additional costs incurred
  • Details of the measurable impact of the funding on pupils’ PE attainment, physical activity and sport participation due to the spending
  • Details of how the improvements will be sustainable in the future
  • The percentage of pupils within your year 6 cohort for 2023/24 who met the National Curriculum swimming and water safety requirements:
    • Swim competently, confidently and proficiently over a distance of at least 25 metres
    • Use a range of strokes effectively 
    • Perform safe self-rescue in different water-based situations
