Use our templates to set out your English and maths lesson plans week by week.

Annotate them where necessary after the lesson, for example: 

  • To explain that you covered more content than planned in the lesson
  • To highlight that you need to go over a particular concept again

Foundation subjects: mid-term planning templates

Use this template to set out your plan for the term or half-term, explaining which curriculum aspects you'll cover. We've included space for 5 lessons, but you can add more depending on how many you'd like to plan at once.
