Interview record sheets

Downloadable KeyDoc template

We worked with one of our associate education experts, Jacqueline Baker, an education consultant, to create a downloadable KeyDoc interview record sheet for school staff.

The form has space to record questions, responses and an evidence score, as well as space to score candidates against competencies for the role.

Jacqueline emphasised that schools should tailor the competencies to each role.
